Zafrani began the way most love affairs do — with a single, perfect sip. A glass of jeera pani served at a family table in Karnataka, so simple and so exact that everyone around it fell quiet. We set out to bottle that quiet.

Today, Zafrani Foodex LLP is an Indian beverage house crafting drinks that honour where we come from and belong on any table in the world. Zafrani Zeera revives the wisdom of jeera pani. Zafrani Lemon captures the shikanji of a childhood summer. Zafrani Pride pours mineral water from protected springs into a bottle sculpted like a jewel.

We do not chase trends. We chase temperature, acidity, mouthfeel, aftertaste. We chase the smell of cumin freshly roasted on a monsoon morning and the yellow of a lemon picked at 4pm. Every bottle we ship carries that chase.
